Integration with the PRIMAVERA ERP and new functionalities added to the point-of-sale management solution, Tlim, will ensure greater agility in the management of small retail chains and a faster response in the provision of customer service.
PRIMAVERA BSS has consolidated its investment in the retail sector with the release of a new version of its POS solution, Tlim, and the integration of the solution with the PRIMAVERA ERP.
The new version features a series of mechanisms to speed up operations, as well as automated functions that will streamline the day-to-day running of retail establishments. Examples include the inputting of data into the system, the logging of items, and new payment methods, among others. But the biggest news of all is the automatic data integration between the Tlim POS and the PRIMAVERA ERP. By centralising data, stores will achieve more cohesive management and the ERP can function as an operational and financial BackOffice.
The integration of logistics and financial data in the ERP will make it possible to control a wide range of accounting data including: treasury documents corresponding to in/out transactions, the opening and closing of cash registers on the POS, stock movements, individual shops' sales, pendings and credit transactions. The result will be the ability to monitor results in real time.
